I miss wearing hats so I decided to wear it for the photos. I want to go out with this, but Jakarta isn't a hat-ty city. Nobody wears hats unless it's those trucker caps the pizza hut delivery guy puts on. This is why I don't like living here. Anyhow, I'm happy enough that I can wear it in the comfort of my own house, but I felt like something was missing when I took it out before I went out of the house.

happy valentines everyone ! Whether you're spending it with your boyfriend, friends, or even just family, I hope that you're having a good one this year. If you're asking me.. I'm doing nothing today..lol.. Speaking of this love day, I thought I'd show you one of my favorite editorials that has a bit of a romance in it. Smidge of Spring

I love colors, but i rarely wear them. Why? I have no idea. My hands tend to pick neutral pieces the whole time but for one sunday, I forced myself to choose something with color. I was already gonna grab my camel colored cardigan to top the look, but I thought yellow was more fun (plus the yellow cardigan was much more suitable for the hot weather than the camel one). Took a couple of photos right before I step out of the door..

black leather and wool

finally an outfit post ! i've been wanting to post these up for quite a while, but I haven't got the time and the energy to do it (i know posting a post is only a click away.. but writing up and putting the post together takes quite a while!) Things We Love has kindly sent me this cute and cozy tunic ! it's got my feathers and a super soft wooly fabric I totally love ! check out their site for more awesome dresses & skirts.

i paired it with a leather jacket to toughen the girly feel and added my custom leather oversize clutch for a formal "day" look.

thoughts

sweater dresses, flat knee-high-boots and a smidge of socks is the ultimate comfy and chic outfit for me. I wish that I can wear this outfit out to town but I don't feel really comfortable having people stare at me like I'm an alien. I'm having up and downs in my life at the moment, and it's driving me nuts. So please bear with my lack of posting. I love blogging very much, but when I'm not in the mood to, my photos and outfits aren't at their best. All I can do is pray for the best now.

i wish i had bunny ear headbands to go with the Rabbit theme for the lunar new year.. but this giant flower headband from Veechay will do just nice :) paired it with this silk dress I'll be wearing tommorow.
