Backpacker

backpacks and hats always make me feel like a traveller. over my christmas break, I received a big packet from Velvet and Veechay (I just realize that they both begin with a "V").. The hat may look theatrical at first, but it's actually more wearable than you think. Simply flip the flower the side to the back and it functions as an everyday hat.
pairing light fabrics such as this chiffon outerwear with leather piece is also becoming a "hobby". For someone who wears alot of neutrals, playing around with textures is a good way to keep things interesting. Plus, I love chiffon because it's airy and it does not cause extra sweat :D

I've been searching for the perfect backpack, but shops don't seem to carry them here. My main use of them is to actually carry my camera gear. I don't like having my messenger camera bag bothering me when I'm hunting photos. This backpack is from a vintage shop called Bonvieux (owned by the lovely blogger, Clara). I immediately ordered it when I saw it. Not only does it fulfill my camera needs, it's also stylish enough to tote around mall without screaming "DSLR".
