Yayyyy i finally got some time to sit down and do my usual daily blogging :D today I'll be sharing you guys my Chinese New Year celebrations . and some of have already asked on my twitter : NO I DIDNT DO ANY VALENTINE THING with my boyfriend since we had his grandpa's surprise birthday thing going on.. oh well, i dont really care much anyway since Valentine's nothing new to us anymore..heeee..
Anyways, enjoy the pictures ! I'll just blab as i post the photos up :D
my day outfit.. wearing an McQ by Alexander McQueen goddess-like (that's how my mom describes it) dress, Mango belt, Zara peep toe heels, assorted bangles.
I got the dress around 1 week before McQueen's death. The whole day McQueen's face kept popping out in my mind. Such a tragic the genius behind the dress is gone.
daytime accesories . wearing Phoebe & Chloe rose ring, Forever21 triple braid rings (from Love Couture Luxe's giveaway), Forever21 vintage style ring . laslty, OPI glittery maroon nail polish .
yes our dogs get to celebrate the new years as well.. Hugo enjoys all of the leftovers..
my night outfit for the birthday dinner. I was in a rush when I was changing and was too tired after I got back so I didn't take very good shots of it , but i guess you can use a little bit of imagination as the dress is pretty simple :D
Chanel dress, assorted bangles, Jimmy Choo gladiator heels .
also loved these gold buttons near the sear embroidery part .
Freakin' love these heels.. quite a pain to walk in for a long time as well . it's higher than Louboutins !
i did realize my pictures are 'noisy'. I was wondering why at the time too. but as i finished my photo session i realized that i had accidentally set the ISO to 1600! hahhahaha.. stupid me.. i though i was the one who needed a new camera...
my usual piled up accessories . Febri actually managed to guess that these beaded black bracelets are my favorite, and they ARE ! hahhaha.. i wear them almost everyday. they match my whole wardrobe !
Last but not least, let's not forget the best part of Chinese New Year, FOOODDD ! (and i mean tones of them..) Putting all the pictures of cookies and dishes won't be convenient so I'll just put up some of my favorites i had on the CNY eve dinner.
