some mini updates on a lovely thursday :) taken for my cotton ink webstore blog story as well :) if you're thinking why I'm wearing the same stuff over and over it's because the feature is a "10 Item 10 ways" sort of post..
tried some new ways of taking my photos at the time. I rarely use the flash when I take photos, but at the time, I gave up because the lighting was way to dark for a nice low-shutter-speed photo. Now I'm thinking of getting an external flash for my dslr :) but first, im getting my 50mm lens replaced probably tommorow :) :) and I'll be photographing my boyfriend's sister's baby shower on Saturday :) excited and nervous at the same time..

and i know what you mean by trying to avoid using the flash as much as possible...it just changes the picture. i'm using my sister's 550ex speedlite and it makes a big difference to the flash quality..
