Turns out that my being-a-diligent-blogger plan didn't quite work as planned. With a signal just enough to Instagram / Whatsapp / download basic emails, I guess I was destined into a no gadget detox. I know, I can always head into a cafe and borrow their wifi (that's what I'm doing now!) but with so many things to do (..and munch on), topped off with the near-Jakarta-traffic in Bali.. I told myself that it's best to really wind down and simply enjoy the holidays.

ON THE ROAD : JAVA

I planned on uploading my trip details last night before I left but traffic was real horrid and with so much things to finish before I leave this morning, I couldn't compile the post on time. Sooo, here's the main cities that I'll be heading to during the trip !
I spent about 12 hours or something in the car today. Weather was unbelievably beautiful in the morning and rainy romantic as I reached around mid Java in the afternoon. I also attached some iPhone photos because I could do so easily on my mobile :)

if you follow me on Instagram, you may have probably seen a snippet of todays outfit somewhere around 2 weeks ago. The only difference were the shorts.... Like usual, I tend to change my clothes piece by piece to create a day/night looks. The one on Instagram is the morning ed, while this one was more of the movie night ed...

I can't wait to be in full holiday mood next week. It's my last week at the office but I still have this and that to do literally even right before I leave for vacation (which I'll tell you more about on my next post or so!) I forgot about this outfit I wore during a time where I became a judge at the SMAK5 BPK Penabur Cup in October along with Marcella & Wynne. There were surely a lot of young talents out there ! I can't even draw a proper stick figure myself....

Honestly, I haven’t been sleeping well for the past few nights, but on the good side that makes me a productive blogger! Since it’s weekend, I’ll be sharing one of my beauty rituals that I can only do when I’m on a break : nails. They may be tiny but they sure can take outfits to the next level. NEOPRENE

Ever since the sports luxe trend became a hit, one of the pieces on my wishlist was a neoprene piece (neoprene is the fabric usually made for scuba suits by the way..) To be honest, I almost gave up on finding a piece that suited my style. Almost everything I saw was either too Dolphin-Diving-Club looking or it was too body skimming (read: not flattering for my no where near victoria secret angel body). I gave up and honestly I almost forgot about that trend I loved.. That is until I saw this blinding neon pink scuba dress on PICNIC. The webstore that seems to be fulfilling every other trend wishlists of mine, has done it again. It's snug on the top half and extra poofy on the bottom for that perfect ladylike dose.
