I've had this skirt for quite a time and never fails to 'cheer' me up inside, out..
seriously the best free vintage find ever.. my mom in law was cleaning her closet and this was in the "throw away" pile. I grabbed it right away without even thinking..
I usually go for tight top with voluminous bottom or vice versa.. but I decided to go for double volume this time. My only advice for this silhouette is to remember to put a belt on for some little shape definition..
