STYLING 101

A lot of my readers ask questions regarding my day job and what I do on a day to day basis. and what exactly do I wear to work and do I wear my outfits that I post on the blog to work.. (sorry for pilling up the question into one fragment sentence) Well, one of my job is a stylist. On days where I am on set, I prefer wearing comfortable and functional (which translates to.. giant pockets and weather-friendly) clothes.. however, when I am at the office or meeting with other people, chances are I am wearing the stuff I post on the blog. Today I am sharing my on-set outfit.. It usually gets even more relaxed when it's an outdoor shoot..

aspiring stylists out there.. not to scare you guys off or anything but being a stylist doesn't mean Glamour, Glamour, Glamour.. It's more like being having a lot of responsibilities, having a lot to tick of your to do list, and having to direct a lot of people at once.. and perhaps many more I can't think of now.. My task can include anything from researching & browsing for hours infront of the computer, steaming clothes, putting model's shoes, making sure none of the borrowed properties are damaaged, dealing with drama models (the girl on this post was very nice), replying bbm's even when all you want to do is sleep, and still more...

these cut out wedges are very comfortable. I usually op for anything flat for photoshoots but since bermuda shorts cut the legs off a bit, it's best to wear some footwear that boosts my height. I don't need a huge bag as the rest of my styling properties are chucked into a big carrier..
